A Pattern of Key Recruitment

Below is the full content from the president's memo:
Hello Everyone—
I understand you all just finished your town hall - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the good news. Previously I sent you all a note, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most dedicated and innovative creators we have had the chance to partner with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to endure.”
Given your hard work and adaptability, particularly over the last year, you consistently demonstrate that.
The community feedback from last autumn’s the game demo was informative. It validated the promise of a roguelike shooter but indicated we still had work to do. It revealed the requirement for a more distinct brand.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve advanced. You embraced the input to heart and reimagined Project ETHOS with a revitalized direction - one that’s positioned to achieve its promise to our audience.
Our confidence in this project strengthens every day. To further the remarkable progress you’ve made, I’m excited to announce the new hire as the new Director of 31st Union. Following some time of talks, Ben starts with us on next week.
His management and background in the PVP shooter space is vast, having dedicated the recent years producing and leading some of the most popular series in gaming, for example the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, the battle royale hit.
I invite you all in greeting Ben next week. We are all looking forward to continue observing the development of the game in the months to come.
David
